It is not uncommon for people to self sabotage whether they are aware of it or not.
Self-sabotage refers to behaviors, thoughts, or actions that impede an individual's progress, success, or well-being. It involves consciously or unconsciously undermining oneself, often due to deep-seated beliefs, fears, insecurities, or past experiences. Examples of self-sabotaging behaviors include procrastination, self-doubt, negative self-talk, perfectionism, avoidance of opportunities, and sabotaging relationships. Recognizing and addressing self-sabotage is crucial for personal growth, achievement, and overall well-being.
